Introducing our First Rum!

This our first Rum, being so we decided to do it a little differently to everyone else and do a Blackstrap Molasses Rum. So special to us that Frances helped make the mash as an 18 month old.

Aged in a beautiful 1st Fill ex Bourbon Barrel, with a bottling strength of 48% ABV. 

For those that picked up a bottle of our Silver Spirit a few years ago, this is that matured Spirit.

Expect notes of Liquorice, Vanilla, Ginger Snaps, Pepper, Caramel, Coffee, Citrus, Tropical fruits.

We haven't adulterated our Rum, there's no back sweeteners, no colours, just pure rum-y heaven. The way its supposed to be.

This is the second part in a 2 part release. With a total of 126 Bottles in both 500 and 200ml variants for this first release. I wouldn't expect to be seeing these around for long.
